NutriZym® concentrates a wide spectrum of digestive enzymes produced by fungi of the genus Aspergyllus, which are able to produce enzymes very similar to those produced by the human pancreas:

• protease, which helps digesting proteins;
• lipase, which helps digesting fats;
• amylase and acid maltase, which help digest carbohydrates and starches.
• lactase and alpha-galactosidase, which help digest both dairy products and legumes, thus favoring the reduction of I gases;
• endo-phytase, the enzyme that breaks down the phytic acid contained in vegetablee, which impairs our ability to absorb essential minerals, such as iron, zinc and calcium, from vegetable foods.

NutriZym® is enriched with specific hepatic herbs (Milk thistle, Dandelion), useful for stimulating the production of bile salts and purifying the liver; and also contains Klamath microalgae, useful not only as a prebiotic, but also as a powerful digestive tool, thanks to its natural content of phenylethylamine.
